Link in Bio Examples and Linktree-Style Templates by Niche
A good link in bio page puts the one thing you want visitors to do first: book, buy, order or listen. Below are six templates by niche, each with the blocks to add in order and why that order works, plus a table to compare them. As page owners opt in, real MinglyLink pages appear here too.
New to the idea? Start with what “link in bio” means, then come back and pick the template closest to what you do.
What makes a link in bio page work
Across niches, the pages that turn profile visits into bookings, orders and sign-ups share five habits:
- One job first. The top button is the action you care about most, not a list of every platform you are on.
- Few, clear buttons. Six labelled buttons beat thirty. Group the rest into sections.
- Prices and practical details up front. People tap your bio link to decide; give them what they need to decide.
- Contact without friction. A contact form or WhatsApp link beats an email address people have to copy.
- Legal basics. Business pages in Germany and Austria need an Impressum; put it in the footer rather than behind another link.
Templates by niche
These are templates, not real pages. Each one is a block order we recommend, built from features MinglyLink actually has. Copy the order and swap in your own links.
Template
Clinic or practice
Dentists, physios, therapists, beauty and hair salons.
- Book an appointment (booking calendar with your services and buffer times)
- Services and prices, one item per treatment
- Call and WhatsApp as quick links
- Location and opening hours (map link)
- Reviews (link to your Google reviews)
- Impressum in the page footer (Germany and Austria)
Why it works: Most visitors from a clinic’s profile want a slot, a price or directions. Putting booking first turns a profile visit into an appointment without a phone call.
Template
Restaurant or café
Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, food trucks.
- Menu as images, readable on a phone without a PDF
- Order: delivery apps or a WhatsApp order link
- Reserve a table (booking or your reservation link)
- Location and opening hours
- Latest dish or offer as a short video
- A QR code on every table that opens the same page
Why it works: Guests decide in seconds. A menu they can read without downloading anything, followed by one way to order, answers the two questions that matter.
Template
Small shop or maker
Handmade goods, clothing, prints, digital downloads.
- Shop with your bestsellers first (visitors add several items to a cart)
- A section per collection
- A discount code for followers
- Shipping and returns in one short item
- Contact form for custom orders
- Social links under the shop
Why it works: A follower who taps your bio link is already interested. Showing products with prices first, and letting them order on the same page, removes the extra hop to a separate store.
Template
Coach or consultant
Business and life coaches, tutors, trainers, consultants.
- Book a free intro call
- Paid packages as services with prices
- A free guide in exchange for an email address
- Newsletter signup
- Contact form for company enquiries
- Links to your podcast or YouTube
Why it works: People buy coaching after a conversation. A free call as the first button, with paid packages right under it, shortens the path from curious to booked.
Template
Creator or influencer
YouTubers, TikTokers, streamers, bloggers.
- Your latest video, playable on the page
- Brand partnerships: a contact form instead of your email address
- Merch or digital products
- Newsletter signup
- All social profiles
- Optional: offers from MinglyLink’s own ad inventory (you keep 60% of the ad revenue)
Why it works: Your audience arrives from one post but should find everything. Leading with the newest content, then ways to support you, matches why they tapped.
Template
Musician or band
Artists, bands, DJs, producers.
- New release: links to Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube
- Tour dates and tickets
- Latest music video
- Merch
- Fan newsletter signup
- Booking enquiries via the contact form
Why it works: Fans come for the new song and stay for the show. One page that leads with the release and ends with booking enquiries serves fans and promoters.

Real MinglyLink pages
Real pages appear here once their owners opt in: we only list pages whose owners turned on “Feature my page as an example”. Until then, the templates above are the examples.
How to build your page from a template
- Create a free account and claim ming.ly/yourname, ideally the same handle you use on Instagram or TikTok.
- Add the template’s blocks from top to bottom. Services and products get prices; booking uses your real availability.
- Set a page title and description in the SEO settings, so the page can show up when people search your name.
- Business in Germany or Austria? Fill in the Impressum field; it appears in the footer. The German Impressum guide covers what goes in it.
- Put the link in your Instagram and TikTok bio (see how to add a link to your TikTok bio).
