Booking: take appointments from your bio link

Turn on the booking calendar and clients request a time on your MinglyLink page, optionally for one of your priced services, then you confirm it. It is free on the one plan. There are no automatic reminders, calendar sync or payments at booking yet.

What it does

  • Clients request a time slot on your page, optionally for one of your priced services, and you confirm it. They get an email when they book and when you confirm, cancel or complete the booking; replies go to you.
  • You set weekly hours, blocked or custom dates, your time zone, one appointment length (15 to 120 minutes) and a buffer between appointments.
  • Appointment lengths: 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 or 120 minutes.

Limits

  • No automatic reminders, calendar sync, payment at booking or team scheduling yet.
  • One appointment length applies to the whole page.

How payments work

There is no payment step at booking: the client pays you directly, however you agree (0% MinglyLink fee).

Set it up

  1. In Studio → Settings, turn on Booking Calendar and set your time zone, appointment duration and buffer time.
  2. In Studio → Bookings, set your weekly hours, then block dates or add extra availability.
  3. Optional: add your services with prices under Links → Showcase.
  4. Confirm, cancel or complete each request in Studio → Bookings; the client is emailed each time.

Is booking free on MinglyLink?

Can clients pay when they book?

Do I still need Calendly?
