Linktree Pricing 2026: Free vs Starter vs Pro vs Premium
Linktree has four self-serve plans: Free ($0), Starter ($8 a month, or $6 billed annually), Pro ($15, or $12) and Premium ($35, or $30)[1]. Free takes 12% of digital-product sales, Starter and Pro 9%, Premium 0%[2]. The Linktree logo only comes off from Pro[4]. Prices checked on linktr.ee on 26 September 2026.
Below: every plan in one table, what each tier adds, the fees on sales with a worked example, the late-2025 price rise, whether Pro is worth it, how to cancel, and cheaper options if Linktree is more than you need.

US prices exclude sales tax; Linktree says prices vary by region and currency. Agency and Enterprise plans are priced on request. Stripe’s processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) applies on every plan.
What each plan adds
Free ($0). Unlimited basic links, the free themes and one featured link. Analytics show the last 28 days[3], the Linktree logo stays on your page and QR code[4], and selling digital products or courses costs 12% per sale[2]. Linktree is also testing a short ad on some Free pages that appears after a visitor clicks a link; paid plans never show it[6].
Starter ($8, or $6 billed annually). Analytics go back 90 days and the sales fee drops to 9%[2][3]. The logo stays.
Pro ($15, or $12 billed annually). The cheapest plan that hides the Linktree logo on your page and QR code[4]. Analytics go back 365 days, and advanced themes, image and video backgrounds and SEO settings sit here. The sales fee is still 9%[1][2]. Pro has a seven-day free trial.
Premium ($35, or $30 billed annually). The only plan with a 0% Linktree fee on digital products and courses, plus analytics for the lifetime of your page and CSV export[1][2][3].
On every plan your page lives at linktr.ee/yourname: Linktree does not offer custom domains[5].
Linktree’s fees on sales
Linktree charges a percentage on digital products and courses sold through your page: 12% on Free, 9% on Starter and Pro, 0% on Premium. Stripe’s processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 comes on top on every plan, and both are deducted before Linktree pays you out[2]. For Shops, Sponsored Links and affiliate earnings (US only), Linktree keeps a share of the commission on Free, Starter and Pro but does not publish the percentage.
Linktree’s own worked example is a $34.99 course. After fees the seller receives $29.48 on Free, $30.53 on Starter or Pro and $33.68 on Premium[2]. On a $100 sale that gap is $12 on Free versus Premium, before Stripe.
Linktree’s price rise in late 2025
Linktree’s pricing notice says a price update took effect on 1 October 2025[7]. Existing subscribers moved when their plan renewed; one subscriber’s email, for example, announced Pro going from $9.00 to $15.00 a month from 13 November 2025[8]. Monthly prices before and after:
| Plan | Before | Now | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $5/mo | $8/mo | +60% |
| Pro | $9/mo | $15/mo | +67% |
| Premium | $24/mo | $35/mo | +46% |
“Before” prices come from an August 2025 snapshot of the pricing page (secondary source [8]); Linktree’s notice [7] gives the date but not the old prices.
Is Linktree free?
Yes, in the sense that the Free plan costs nothing and has no link limit. The trade-offs are the Linktree logo on your page and QR code, 28 days of analytics, the free themes only, and a 12% fee if you sell digital products through Linktree. If you only need a list of links, that is a fair deal. If you want to sell, remove the logo or look further back in your stats, you are looking at Starter, Pro or Premium.
Is Linktree Pro worth it?
Pro makes sense if you need the logo gone, a year of analytics, advanced themes or SEO settings. It does not change the sales fee: Starter and Pro both take 9%. If selling is the point, compare Pro with Premium on your own numbers. Premium costs $20 a month more than Pro on monthly billing ($18 on annual) and saves 9% of sales, so it pays for itself once you sell more than about $220 a month ($200 on annual billing).
How to cancel a Linktree plan
- In the Linktree admin, open your profile picture (on mobile, tap More) and go to Billing.
- Under Your subscription, choose Cancel Plan and give a reason.
- Confirm with Downgrade to Free. Paid features stay until the end of the billing cycle.
Bought the plan in the iOS or Android app? Cancel it through the App Store or Google Play instead[9].
Cheaper and free options
If the fees or the logo are why you are reading this, there are free tools that handle each problem differently. Our comparison of Linktree alternatives that are actually free covers the main ones, and the link-in-bio fees table lists what 15 tools charge per sale.
MinglyLink (that is us) has one plan, and it is free: a shop with cart and orders and a booking calendar are included. 0% MinglyLink fee: you’re paid via your own payment link, processor fees only. Two honest limits: there is no built-in card checkout or automatic file delivery yet, and a small “Powered by MinglyLink” footer line can’t be removed. The side-by-side is on Linktree vs MinglyLink, and the switching guide on the free Linktree alternative page.
