A link in bio for Etsy and handmade sellers

Keep your Etsy shop for marketplace buyers and give your Instagram followers a shop in your bio link: products, a cart and orders on one free MinglyLink page. Buyers pay you directly, so the MinglyLink fee on those orders is 0%, and every order lands in one dashboard.

What to put on your page

  1. A photo of your work and one line on what you make.
  2. Your newest pieces with photos and prices.
  3. A made-to-order product: buyers can add a note to the order.
  4. A link to your Etsy shop.
  5. An email sign-up for new drops.
  6. A contact form for commissions.

What it does

  • Buyers add several products to a cart and place one order on your page.
  • Each product has its own page and link (ming.ly/name/shop/…).
  • Every order lands in your orders dashboard, where you move it from Pending to Confirmed, Preparing, Shipped and Delivered, or cancel or reject it.
  • The buyer gets an email when they order, with a tracking link, and one each time you update the order. Replies go to you.
  • When you mark an order Shipped, you can add a tracking number and link for the buyer.
  • Create your own promo codes: a percentage off the whole cart.
  • Each shop sells in one currency you choose from 30, including GBP, EUR, CHF, USD, CAD, SAR and AED; prices, orders and emails show it.

Limits

  • Up to 100 items on a page (products, link cards, services, social links and section headers) and 12 quick links.
  • Not included yet: card payments through MinglyLink, automatic file delivery, stock tracking, shipping rates and order export.
  • MinglyLink doesn’t calculate, add or collect sales tax or VAT: buyers see the prices you enter.
  • There’s no returns feature, and buyers can’t cancel an order themselves: they contact you, and you handle returns and refunds directly.
  • MinglyLink is not a marketplace: people reach your page from your own profiles, posts and QR codes.

How payments work

MinglyLink takes 0% of your sales. Buyers place the order on your page and pay you directly, however you agree: cash on delivery, bank transfer or your own payment link, outside MinglyLink. When card payments through MinglyLink launch, they will carry the card processor’s fee plus a small MinglyLink fee; orders paid to you directly stay at 0%.

What Etsy charges

Etsy’s seller fees, checked on 7 October 2026 (USD unless stated):

Listing fee $0.20 per listing, charged again when an auto-renewing listing sells; listings renew every 4 months[1, 2]
Transaction fee 6.5% of the order total, including shipping and gift wrap[1]
Payment processing Depends on your bank’s country: 3% + $0.25 in the US, 4% + £0.20 in the UK, 6.5% + $0.30 in the UAE[3]
Offsite Ads 15% of an order an Etsy ad on another site brings in; 12%, with no opt-out, once a shop has made $10,000 in any 365 days; at most $100 per order[4]
Other fees A one-time set-up fee where it applies, 2.5% currency conversion if you list in a currency other than your bank account’s, and optional extras such as Etsy Ads and Etsy Plus ($10 a month)[2]

Orders placed on your MinglyLink page don’t go through Etsy, so Etsy’s fees don’t apply to them.
