3

Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not post or promote Content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, abusive, spam, or that promotes explicit sexuality, nudity, immodest imagery, drugs, alcohol, betting, or other prohibited activities. Users must also ensure their pages fall within the platform's supported content categories (see Section 3.5). MinglyLink reserves the right to remove any such Content or restrict any account at its sole discretion.

3.1 Family-Friendly & Brand-Safe Standards

To keep MinglyLink suitable for a general audience, Users must not post or link to Content that:

  • Targets or exploits minors, depicts dangerous acts by or for minors, or endangers child safety
  • Promotes hate, harassment, or discrimination against any person or group
  • Incites violence, self-harm, or criminal activity
  • Contains graphic violence or gore
  • Facilitates the sale of regulated/illegal goods or services

3.2 Religious & Political Content Neutrality

MinglyLink is a neutral tool. To maintain a kid-friendly, inclusive environment and broad advertiser suitability, the Platform does not allow:

  • Religious instruction, preaching, proselytizing, or calls to convert/join any faith
  • Political campaigning, advocacy for or against parties/candidates
  • Targeting minors with religious or political messages

Allowed (case-by-case): neutral, factual mentions (e.g., biographical or historical context) that are non-advocacy in nature.

3.3 Enforcement & Appeals

We may remove Content, reduce distribution or monetization, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts to protect users and the Platform. If you believe an action was taken in error, contact us at info@mingly.link with a concise explanation.

3.4 Profile Imagery & Modesty Standards

MinglyLink pages are viewed by a wide, global audience that includes children, families, and culturally conservative communities. To maintain a universally welcoming and brand-safe environment, all profile photos, cover images, and user-uploaded imagery must meet the following standards:

  • Clothing must cover shoulders, chest, abdomen, and thighs at a minimum
  • Swimwear, lingerie, underwear, or sheer/see-through clothing is not permitted as the primary subject of any image
  • Images must not be sexually suggestive in pose, framing, or context, even if technically clothed
  • Artistic, editorial, or fashion photography that does not meet the above standards is not exempt

These standards apply equally to all Users regardless of gender.

If flagged imagery is not updated within the notice period provided, MinglyLink may remove the images, restrict page visibility, or suspend the account under Section 3.3.

3.5 Platform Scope & Supported Content Categories

MinglyLink is built for creators and businesses in the following categories:

Business services & consulting
Education & coaching
Health, wellness & fitness
E-commerce & product sales
Food & hospitality
Technology & SaaS
Personal branding & professional portfolios
Non-profit & community organisations

The following content categories fall outside the platform's scope and are not supported. Pages primarily dedicated to these categories may be restricted or removed:

  • Music promotion, distribution, or streaming
  • Nightlife, clubbing, or party promotion
  • Dating and escorting services
  • Astrology, fortune-telling, or occult services
  • Gambling, betting, or lottery services (also prohibited under Section 3)
  • Alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, or vaping promotion (also prohibited under Section 3)
  • Financial trading, forex, or cryptocurrency speculation

"Primarily dedicated" means the main purpose of the page is to promote content in the above categories. Incidental links (e.g., a business coach who also links to a personal Spotify playlist) are generally acceptable at MinglyLink's discretion.

4

Free Registration & Earnings Disclaimer

Registration on MinglyLink is always free. MinglyLink strives to ensure transparent revenue sharing with creators and always prioritizes offering the highest possible share to you.

However, because multiple parties are involved (advertisers, ad networks, payment processors), we cannot guarantee any specific earnings amounts. If technical or operational issues arise, we will work diligently to resolve them, but please understand that occasional disruptions may occur.

Monetization and ad availability may be limited or disabled for sensitive categories (including religion or politics) to comply with brand-safety and ad-network requirements.

5

User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of all Content they post. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to violate any rights of third parties, or to interfere with the operation of the Platform.

You represent that you own or have obtained all necessary rights to the Content you post and that your Content does not infringe any third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights). We may remove or restrict Content upon notice of alleged infringement or risk.

6

Payment Processing — Stripe

All payment processing on MinglyLink — including business wallet top-ups, refunds, and creator payouts — is handled by Stripe Payments UK, Limited ("Stripe"). MinglyLink does not hold or process card details directly.

By using paid features on MinglyLink (topping up your business wallet, receiving creator payouts, etc.), you also agree to be bound by Stripe's terms and privacy policy:

Creator Payouts via Stripe Connect Express

For creator payouts specifically, we use Stripe Connect Express. When you set up payouts as a Creator, you create a Stripe Express account and accept Stripe's Connected Account Agreement:

https://stripe.com/gb/connect-account/legal/full

Your Stripe Express account is managed through Stripe's hosted dashboard, where you can update bank details, view your payout history, and access tax documentation.

7

Business Wallets & Top-Ups

Businesses can add funds to their MinglyLink wallet ("Funded Balance") via Stripe Checkout. The minimum top-up amount is $10.

Funded Balance can be used to

  • Activate and run advertising Campaigns on MinglyLink
  • Receive refunds to the original payment method

Funded Balance cannot be

  • Withdrawn to any bank account
  • Transferred to another user
  • Converted to another currency or form

Unused Funded Balance can be refunded to your original payment method at any time, subject to Stripe's refund processing times (typically 5–10 business days). Refunds are limited to the amount remaining in your Funded Balance — amounts already spent on Campaigns are not refundable (see Campaign Spending below).

8

Campaign Spending

When you activate a Campaign, the Campaign's budget is reserved from your Funded Balance. Reserved funds are held until:

  • The Campaign ends or is stopped (unspent reserved funds return to Funded Balance), or
  • The reserved funds are consumed by campaign activity (clicks or conversions).

Campaign spending is not refundable once consumed

This includes:

  • Amounts paid to Creators for valid clicks (CPC Campaigns)
  • Amounts paid to Creators for confirmed conversions (CPA Campaigns)
  • MinglyLink's platform fees on these amounts

CPA commissions are final once the 14-day clearing window closes. During that window every confirmed conversion is held in escrow — neither the Creator share nor MinglyLink's platform share is paid out — so we can reverse billing cleanly if a problem is found. After the 14 days have elapsed without a flag, the conversion clears, the Creator's earnings become withdrawable, and the charge is no longer refundable. This applies even if:

  • You dispute the conversion after the 14-day window has closed
  • The underlying transaction (between you and the customer) is subsequently cancelled, returned, or refunded — CPA billing is determined at order placement and is not affected by post-order outcomes
  • You close your business account

Suspected fraud: 14-day dispute window

If you believe a conversion is fraudulent or invalid, you have 14 days from the time of conversion to flag it directly from your wallet's Transaction History. Click Report fraud on the conversion row, give us a clear reason, and our team will review the case. While a conversion is in review the cron will not release the held earnings to the Creator or to MinglyLink.

If we determine the conversion was fraudulent, we will fully refund the charge to your Funded Balance, claw back the Creator's pending share and MinglyLink's pending share, and roll the spend back out of campaign analytics. Because no funds have been paid out during the 14-day window, this reversal is clean for everyone involved.

After 14 days, conversions are considered final and no longer disputable through the in-app flow. We may still assist in extreme cases — contact info@mingly.link — but post-window reversal is not guaranteed.

9

Creator Earnings & Payouts

Creators earn 60% of all revenue generated through their bio page from:

  • Clicks on CPC-billed ads (Featured and Related placements)
  • Confirmed conversions from CPA-billed Offers (Gift drawer)

MinglyLink retains 40% of this revenue to operate the platform.

Currency: Creator earnings, the 60/40 split, and Stripe Connect payouts are all denominated in USD, regardless of the currency a Creator's shop uses to display products or accept customer orders. Payout conversion to the Creator's bank currency (if needed) happens at the bank or via Stripe at payout time.

9.1 Earned Balance usage

Earnings are credited to your Earned Balance and can only be:

  • Withdrawn to your verified bank account (after Stripe Express onboarding is complete)
  • Used for no other purpose within MinglyLink

Earned Balance cannot be:

  • Used to fund your own advertising Campaigns
  • Transferred to another user
  • Converted or exchanged

9.2 CPA earnings — 14-day pending clearance

CPA earnings are held in a "Pending Clearance" state for 14 days after the conversion before becoming available for withdrawal. During that window the business who paid for the conversion can flag it as fraud directly from their wallet, in which case both the Creator's pending share and MinglyLink's pending platform share remain on hold until our team reviews the case. If the case is confirmed as fraud, the held earnings are reversed and the business is fully refunded; if the case is dismissed (or no flag is raised within 14 days), the earnings clear automatically and become withdrawable.

9.3 CPC earnings — available immediately

CPC earnings are available immediately after the click is recorded, subject to our click validation (deduplication, IP checks, and similar fraud prevention).

9.4 Minimum payout threshold

Payouts are processed once your Earned Balance reaches a minimum of $50 USD (or equivalent in your local currency). Earnings below this threshold will accumulate until the minimum is met.

9.5 Payout speed & fees

Withdrawals are processed via Stripe Connect Express. Once the $50 minimum is met and a payout is initiated, standard payouts typically arrive in 1–2 business days. MinglyLink does not charge withdrawal fees; standard Stripe fees may apply.

9.6 Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on earnings received through MinglyLink. Tax documentation (where required) is available via your Stripe Express dashboard, and we may request additional documentation as required by law.

10

Orders & E-commerce

Creators with their Shop enabled can accept orders from Visitors through their bio page. MinglyLink facilitates the order — including cart, checkout form, and order management — but does NOT process payment for these orders.

Shop currency. Creators choose a single display currency for their shop (USD by default). Once a shop has products or active gifts, the currency is locked to keep historical product prices and CPA quotes consistent. Customers see prices and pay in that currency directly between themselves and the Creator. To switch currencies later, a Creator must first remove or archive every product and gift tied to their shop.

Payment for Orders placed through MinglyLink's Shop feature is arranged directly between the Creator (as Seller) and the Visitor (as Customer). MinglyLink is not a party to this transaction.

The Creator is solely responsible for

  • Fulfilling the Order
  • Arranging payment with the Customer (invoice, payment link, or other means outside of MinglyLink)
  • Handling returns, refunds, or disputes with the Customer
  • Tax reporting on Order revenue
  • Compliance with consumer-protection laws applicable to their jurisdiction

MinglyLink's role is limited to

  • Providing the technical platform for displaying products and collecting orders
  • Sending order notifications to the Creator and confirmations to the Customer
  • Providing an order management dashboard for the Creator

In the future, MinglyLink may introduce direct payment processing for Orders. When this is available, the Terms will be updated accordingly.

11

Promotional Offers & Gift Drawer

Creators' bio pages may display promotional offers ("Gifts") from Businesses running CPA Campaigns. These offers include discount codes, special pricing, or other promotional content.

Internal offers (Creator products/services)

The Visitor receives a discount code to use at checkout.

External offers (third-party advertisers)

The Visitor is redirected to the advertiser's website with tracking.

MinglyLink is not responsible for

  • The fulfillment of the underlying product or service
  • The accuracy of offer claims made by Businesses or third-party advertisers
  • Disputes between Visitors and advertisers regarding offer terms

Businesses are solely responsible for ensuring their offers comply with applicable advertising standards, consumer protection laws, and truth-in-advertising requirements.

MinglyLink reserves the right to remove any offer that violates our Content Policy (see Section 3).

12

Refund Policy

The following refund policy applies to Business wallet top-ups (Funded Balance) on MinglyLink. See Section 10 for Orders (which MinglyLink does not process payment for).

12.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available only for Funded Balance that is not currently reserved for an active Campaign. Funds that have been reserved for ongoing Campaigns cannot be refunded until those Campaigns are ended or cancelled and the reservations are released. Amounts already consumed by Campaign activity are non-refundable (see Section 8).

12.2 Refund Method

All refunds are processed through Stripe back to the original payment method used for the top-up. We do not offer refunds via alternative payment methods, bank accounts, or any method other than the one originally used.

12.3 Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on Stripe and your card issuer or bank.

12.4 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund of eligible Funded Balance, contact us at support@mingly.link with your account details and the amount you wish to refund.

Note: Funds already spent on delivered clicks, confirmed conversions, or associated platform fees are non-refundable. Only unused and unreserved Funded Balance is eligible for refund.

12.5 CPA Billing Finality — Post-Order Disputes

CPA (cost-per-action) fees are charged at the moment a conversion is confirmed — that is, when an order is placed or the qualifying action is completed. This charge is final and binding at that point.

Any subsequent dispute, cancellation, return, or refund arising between a Creator and their customer, or between a Business and an end-customer, does not entitle any party to a reversal of the CPA fee already incurred. MinglyLink's billing obligation is fulfilled upon conversion confirmation; post-conversion commercial outcomes between the parties involved in the underlying transaction fall entirely outside MinglyLink's remit.

The only exception is demonstrable fraud reported within the 48-hour window described in Section 8.

13

Fraud Prevention

MinglyLink actively monitors for fraudulent activity including but not limited to:

  • Fake clicks (bots, click farms, repeated clicks from the same source)
  • Fake conversions (self-purchases, collusion between Creators and Advertisers)
  • Chargebacks on wallet top-ups after funds have been spent
  • Identity fraud during Creator onboarding

We reserve the right to

  • Reverse billing in cases of demonstrable fraud
  • Withhold or reclaim earnings from accounts involved in fraudulent activity
  • Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraud
  • Report fraud to law enforcement and/or Stripe as applicable

Our fraud detection uses a combination of automated systems (including Stripe Radar) and manual review.

13.1 Self-conversion detection

To protect advertisers from creators who attempt to claim CPA payouts from their own gifts, we run the following automated checks on every claim, order, and booking that uses a promo code:

  • IP match. We compare the visitor's IP address against the recent IPs seen on the host creator's account (24-hour window). Matches are recorded but never billed.
  • Email match. For orders and bookings, the buyer email is matched against the host creator account's email.
  • Email OTP verification. Every promo-code checkout requires a 6-digit one-time code emailed to the buyer. Codes expire after 5 minutes and are single-use.
  • 3-strike auto-block. A self-CPA strike is recorded each time any of the above guards trips. After 3 strikes the account is automatically blocked and the user is notified by email. Appeals can be sent to info@mingly.link.

Detected self-claims are recorded with a self_claim status and never produce a CPA conversion. These guards operate before the 14-day clearing window kicks in (see Section 9.2), and apply on top of the business-side fraud flagging available during that window.

14

Service Availability & Changes

MinglyLink is provided "as is." While we aim for high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible.

We may update these Terms, pricing, revenue share percentages, or product features at any time. Material changes will be communicated to affected users via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Current revenue share and pricing

  • Creators earn 60% of ad revenue; MinglyLink retains 40%
  • CPC rates: $0.20–$0.40 per click (tier-based)
  • CPA rates: 10% of post-discount transaction value, converted to USD at gift-creation time using a published mid-market rate (Frankfurter, with Stripe FX as a fallback), with a minimum of $2.00 USD per conversion. The USD CPA amount is frozen at gift creation and used for every subsequent conversion of that gift, so advertisers always know exactly what they will be billed regardless of later price or FX changes. Variable for external offers

These rates may be adjusted with 30 days' notice.

15

Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data. Additional data processing occurs through:

  • Stripe (for payments and identity verification): https://stripe.com/gb/privacy
  • Google Safe Browsing (for link safety): Google's privacy policy applies.

By using MinglyLink, you consent to data processing as described in our Privacy Policy and the policies of these third parties.

16

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall MinglyLink or its ads be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise.

MinglyLink's total liability to any User is capped at the fees paid by that User to MinglyLink in the 12 months preceding the claim.

17

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MinglyLink, its officers, directors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

18

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

19

Termination & Suspension

MinglyLink may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we believe your use poses a risk to the Platform or other Users. Either party may also terminate this agreement at any time.

Upon termination:

  • Funded Balance is refunded to the original payment method (minus any active Campaign holds, which are released first).
  • Earned Balance is paid out to the Creator's verified bank account (if Stripe Express onboarding is complete) or held for 90 days for the Creator to complete onboarding, after which unclaimed funds may be forfeited.
  • Order management access is retained for 30 days to complete pending orders.
  • Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

Accounts terminated for policy violations may have Earned Balance withheld pending investigation if the earnings are linked to the violation (see Section 13).

20

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised version on this page.
