Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to register as a User. Individuals under the age of 18 years must obtain parental or legal guardian consent before using the Platform.
Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not post or promote Content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, abusive, spam, or that promotes explicit sexuality, nudity, drugs, alcohol, betting, or other prohibited activities. MinglyLink reserves the right to remove any such Content at its sole discretion.
3.1 Family-Friendly & Brand-Safe Standards
To keep MinglyLink suitable for a general audience, Users must not post or link to Content that:
- Targets or exploits minors, depicts dangerous acts by or for minors, or endangers child safety
- Promotes hate, harassment, or discrimination against any person or group
- Incites violence, self-harm, or criminal activity
- Contains graphic violence or gore
- Facilitates the sale of regulated/illegal goods or services
3.2 Religious & Political Content Neutrality
MinglyLink is a neutral tool. To maintain a kid-friendly, inclusive environment and broad advertiser suitability, the Platform does not allow:
- Religious instruction, preaching, proselytizing, or calls to convert/join any faith
- Political campaigning, advocacy for or against parties/candidates
- Targeting minors with religious or political messages
Allowed (case-by-case): neutral, factual mentions (e.g., biographical or historical context) that are non-advocacy in nature.
3.3 Enforcement & Appeals
We may remove Content, reduce distribution or monetization, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts to protect users and the Platform. If you believe an action was taken in error, contact us at info@mingly.link with a concise explanation.
Free Registration & Earnings Disclaimer
Registration on MinglyLink is always free. MinglyLink strives to ensure transparent revenue sharing with creators and always prioritizes offering the highest possible share to you.
However, because multiple parties are involved (advertisers, ad networks, payment processors), we cannot guarantee any specific earnings amounts. If technical or operational issues arise, we will work diligently to resolve them, but please understand that occasional disruptions may occur.
Monetization and ad availability may be limited or disabled for sensitive categories (including religion or politics) to comply with brand-safety and ad-network requirements.
User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of all Content they post. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to violate any rights of third parties, or to interfere with the operation of the Platform.
You represent that you own or have obtained all necessary rights to the Content you post and that your Content does not infringe any third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights). We may remove or restrict Content upon notice of alleged infringement or risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall MinglyLink or its ads be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MinglyLink, its officers, directors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
Payments & Payouts
MinglyLink offers creators the opportunity to earn revenue through ad commissions displayed on their pages. The following terms apply to all payments and payouts:

8.1 Revenue Share
Creators receive 60% of all ad commission revenue generated from their pages. MinglyLink retains 40% to operate and maintain the platform.
8.2 Minimum Payout Threshold
Payouts are processed once your earnings reach a minimum of $50 USD (or equivalent in your local currency). Earnings below this threshold will accumulate until the minimum is met.
8.3 Payout Schedule
Payouts are processed monthly, typically within the first 15 business days of each month for earnings from the previous month. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and location.

8.5 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Airwallex. By using our payout services, you agree to comply with their terms of service. MinglyLink is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or other financial institutions.
8.6 Taxes
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on earnings received through MinglyLink. We may request tax documentation (such as W-9 for US creators) as required by law.
Refund Policy
The following refund policy applies to advertiser wallet top-ups on MinglyLink:
9.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only for wallet funds that are not currently held for any active campaign. Funds that have been allocated or reserved for ongoing advertising campaigns cannot be refunded until those campaigns are completed or cancelled and the holds are released.
9.2 Refund Method
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the top-up. We do not offer refunds via alternative payment methods, bank accounts, or any method other than the one originally used to add funds.
9.3 Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
9.4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund of eligible wallet funds, please contact us at support@mingly.link with your account details and the amount you wish to refund.
Note: Funds that have already been spent on delivered ad clicks or other completed advertising services are non-refundable. Only unused and unheld wallet balance is eligible for refund.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Termination & Suspension
MinglyLink may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we believe your use poses a risk to the Platform or other Users.
