The buyer adds products to the cart and orders on your page. The order arrives as Pending, and you both get an email.

You confirm and get paid
You set it to Confirmed and agree payment with the buyer: your own payment link, a bank transfer or cash on delivery.

You move it to Preparing, then Shipped, and add a tracking number or link if you have one.

Delivered
You mark it Delivered. The buyer gets an email at each step, with a link to follow the order, and replies reach you.
You can cancel or reject an order at any step. MinglyLink doesn’t take the payment or deliver files; you do.
